Actor Topher Grace and a buddy spent their weekend stitching together a mega-trailer that ties all of the 10 available Star Wars films together in one epic cut, and it’s easily one of the most brilliant homages to the Star Wars franchise I’ve ever seen. I mean it’s a damn near spiritual experience to take in. I smiled, I cried, I got pumped up, and basically experienced every emotion I’ve ever had while watching each movie in a standalone capacity over the past 38 years of my life.

Star Wars: Always is everything the Star Wars franchise needs right now. It manages to take even the most disliked films in the franchise and make them relevant and poignant. This is especially true with the Prequels, which are perfectly edited into this trailer to make their few key moments feel as powerful as ever. It’s just a thing of beauty and you can tell it was crafted by super passionate fans.

It’s just a relief to get something positive reflecting the 10 available Star Wars movies, because anymore it just feels like fans put out content to shit on Star Wars. I know click bait is strong, but it gets annoying, especially when Google and YouTube check your history and purposely direct Star Wars hate content at you.

So it feels refreshing to get something as awesome as Star Wars: Always to remind us all why we love this franchise so damn much in the first place. The hate comes from somewhere, so try to remember why you’re so passionate about this franchise by checking out the mega-trailer above.

Matt is literally from a galaxy that is far, far away. Star Wars has consumed his life, and made him the geek that he is. He's no fan of the Prequels, but still loves the Maker. When he's not recording his unstable takes for the Star Wars Time podcast, he's either working on, taking pictures of Star Wars toys, or trying to legitimately wield the Force.
