The new Visual Dictionary for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has been revealed and along with the reveal, we have gotten a look at some of the new weapons, droids, and ships that will be included in The Rise of Skywalker.

One of the new items we got a sneak peek at was the TIE Dagger, a new First Order ship that has yet to be seen on the big screen.

If you look at the top left of the image above, you can see a small representation of the TIE Dagger. The most prominent feature is the triangular wings that have never been used on any Imperial or First Order vessel. It also looks like the cockpit for this vessel is much smaller than what we have seen out of the other versions of TIE Fighters in the galaxy.

Not much to speculate on here, but if the cockpit is smaller, could we be seeing the first remote operated fighter in the Star Wars universe? This could give the First Order a huge advantage in the skies. No loss of life when a ship is taken down which means more risky maneuvers.

You can also catch a good look at some of the other new looks and items coming to The Rise of Skywalker on this cover including Jannah’s Energy Bow, a Knight of Ren and his Vibro-scythe, Rey’s new outfit, a Sith Trooper helmet, D-0, and our good friend C-3PO.

These visual dictionaries are a fantastic piece of Star Wars history to own due to all of the amazing artwork and information inside. You can pre-order your copy now on Amazon.
