Disney has released a new teaser for The Book of Boba Fett titled, “The Return”, and it offered up a few new stills that help to peel some layers back on the show’s plot points.

UPDATE – After doing some research and checking out what other fans were thinking they saw, it does appear that this trailer features Boba at Tosche Station possibly helping Luke Skywalker’s old buddies Camie and Laze “Fixer” Loneozner. Check out the updated predictions section below.

Looking very much like Tosche Station and Camie and Laze

The new stills can be found below in addition to some new plot predictions I’ve been working on based on what has been shown of the series so far, and from past leaks that have been confirmed through the teasers.

The stills have brief captions to explain what may be going on, but we will dive deep into them on the next episode of the SWTS!

Plot Predictions

Yesterday on the SWTS I made three big predictions based on what we’ve seen so far, and based on leaks that have been verified by the teasers. You can check out the full episode embedded below, but here are the predictions:

  • Crimson Dawn will ultimately turn out to be the big bad that Boba has to face and Qi’ra will return to live-action. If anything, Crimson Dawn is 100% going to be featured in this series thanks to their resurgence in the War of the Bounty Hunters comic book run, and planned future stories.
  • We will see some form of Jango Fett flashback to fill in some ancient Mandalorian lore.
  • Boba will escape the Sarlacc Pit by igniting his flamethrower and catching himself on fire in the process.
  • Based on research (below) from other fans it appears Boba will head to Tosche Station at some point and possibly help Camie and Laze “Fixer” Loneozner, who appear to be the ones being attacked by the Nikto gang. These characters were Luke’s buddies that he met at Tosche Station in A New Hope in a deleted scene.

Nick and I will talk more about this teaser on next week’s episode of the SWTS, so don’t forget to tune into the Star Wars Time Show on a weekly basis via our podcast platforms or via YouTube if you prefer the livestream angle.
