It looks like we won’t be getting a direct follow-up to the big character reveal at the end of the second season’s premiere episode thanks to a plot synopsis for The Mandalorian Season 2, Episode 2 (Chapter 10).
I for one thought we may stay on Tatooine with Mando, but that doesn’t appear to be the case, so his meeting with Mr. Fett probably won’t happen for a few more episodes.
Anyway, after reading the new plot synopsis I believe we will be seeing Mando teaming up with the Gecko aliens I’ve discussed in a few of our trailer breakdowns for the new season of The Mandalorian. It sounds like Din and the Child will be tasked with helping these aliens transport precious cargo during a risky venture. I do now believe that the cargo is the egg canister we’ve talked about, and the canister more than likely contains the offspring of these Gecko aliens.
Like we’ve speculated, Mando will more than likely be helping them out in return for more information on his quest. I have a feeling this is how most episodes will go until the bad guys throw a wrench into the mix, or a space wizard shows up. We could also possibly see Sasha Banks’ character for the first time in this episode too.
