All sorts of interesting news has been flowing out of Celebration, so for us lazy types, here’s a rundown post of all the good stuff that isn’t Ahsoka related. You can check out her coverage in another article.
Star Wars Movies
It was revealed that James Mangold, Dave Filoni, and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy will direct their own movies, and each one is set during a different era of Star Wars.
James Mangold will direct a movie set during the Dawn of the Jedi, 25,000 years before the Skywalker saga.
Dave Filoni will be directing a movie set during the Mandoverse timeline to tie all the shows together and bring the conflict between the New Republic and the Imperial Remnant to a head.
Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy will direct a movie set 15 years after TROS, and it will feature Rey rebuilding the Jedi Order! Yes, Daisy Ridley is returning!
The Acolyte
A closed doors teaser was shown, and it has leaked, but it will probably get wiped. Otherwise, the cast showed up and looked great.

Skeleton Crew
There was leaked footage for this, but it’s mostly wiped, so have at the gallery below. We did learn about the cast though. Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Kyriana Kratter, and Robert Timothy Smith have officially been announced alongside Jude Law.

This show also got closed door footage and so far it’s not been pulled. The cast also came out on stage with Tony Gilroy.
