There’s a new book releasing this November that will shed all sorts of light on how Luke Skywalker interpreted the history of the Jedi and the Force in general. It’s called Star Wars: The Secrets of the Jedi, and it will incorporate lore from the films, as well as the animated franchises like The Clone Wars.

The book will also be interactive and feature pop-up elements. The real draw though is learning how Luke felt about certain important characters from before and after his time, as well as his take on some of the major events that shaped the galaxy up through The Last Jedi.

StarWars.com posted a few images from the book and the art looks great, but the writing, which again is from Luke himself, is what draws me to this book. I just appreciate getting Luke’s take on all things the Force and how he interpreted the events that basically took him on his own journey, so it offers up some fun lore nuggets if anything else.

The book releases November 19, but you can pre-order it now.
