Anthony Daniels, or as we all know him, C-3PO, dropped a very curious tweet last night that has fans and myself speculating that we’re about to get some big time Star Wars: Episode IX news. In fact, I was so moved by it, I decided to record a video cast for it, which you can watch above. I think I like doing these reactionary, speculative type of video rants, so if you like it, let us know and I’ll try to do more.
Anyway, based on his tweet, which you can check out below. I do believe that we will at least get to learn Episode IX’s official title today, or sometime this week. As I state in the video, I do think the first trailer will be reserved for Star Wars Celebration in April, so a title reveal is more likely if Daniels isn’t just trolling us. His choice of words are revealing though:
How strange. I am receiving images of something amazing coming towards us – travelling over decades through space and time – reaching out to all humans on this planet with its message. What could it be? Should I be afraid? Should you? Stay tuned.

He has to know his audience, so I think he is playing to that fact with his choice of words, but to me, it’s clear what he’s hinting at. We’re getting some tangible Episode IX action this week, take it to the Banking Clan!
