There are rumors swirling around the hit or miss sites in the Star Wars Universe stating that the previously announced Rangers of the New Republic TV series for Disney+ is no longer in active development.
This series was originally announced last year during Disney’s Q4 update along with 8 other original Star Wars projects. While there was no official casting information provided about the show, it was widely believed that Cara Dune would be heavily featured in the show along side other secondary characters from The Mandalorian.
Now with Gina Carano out, it seems like the show may have hit a roadblock in development. There was been no official word from Lucasfilm or Disney on this yet, but we will keep you updated if official word comes down from the brass.
