Now take this with a grain of salt, but according to ThatHashtagShow, Ming-Na Wen’s Fennec Shand character from The Mandalorian will be returning during the show’s second season.
Nick and I riffed on this a few week’s back when we were talking about who Michael Biehn could be playing, and if he was the person who approached Shand’s shot up body at the end of an episode from season one. Of course, I riffed on who that character may be in a video as well, but more importantly, we did note that the fact that her body was never shown as fully dead, and that it was featured in a special after episode scene, provides for a great chance that Shand could return.
I personally believe the character will return, mostly because her exit seemed a bit too soon and convenient, but until we get firm word from Disney, treat this as a rumor at best.
