Thanks to Reddit, we got a few more insights into J.J. Abrams’ The Rise of Skywalker, in particular, its characters and its ending.

Most of the summary comes from the Total Film spread that should be out now, but there’s also a comment from Naomi Ackie via SciFiNow.

Total Film Spread Insights

The two most interesting points to me are Naomi’s quote on how everyone gets a taste of the Darkside in the film, and Daisy’s comment on how she told Abrams to get bent over an idea he had for Rey. Was it a hookup scene, a Force kill, or maybe she was in her birthday suit when Kylo tries to Force bond? Either way, she shot him down and he agreed.

SciFiNow Spread

The quote of note above comes from Ackie, and she says, “(the ending of TROS) is crossing a line, it’s not predictable and it challenges you and makes you question some of the characters’ motives “

Now that’s something to think about right there. What could possibly be in store for us when this film wraps? Crossing a line? What? I can’t wait to find out.
