It’s a shame that Darren Tibbles isn’t paid to work on his Star Wars animation projects full time, because the due puts out some insanely slick looking work. His latest project, which is a collaboration with R1zz and the Hip Hop Trooper, is just another example of his magical Force powers when it comes to cooking up creatively awesome work from a galaxy, far, far away.

He posted a render test of a Jawa joyriding in a pimped out landspeeder, which you can watch above, and I can’t wait to see how it plays into the full project that he’s working on. The 6-second clip is all you need to see to understand that this artist is a badass, and has a great stylized take on the Star Wars universe. It just oozes radicalness, so make sure you’re following this guy on YT and IG, because you will not be disappointed.

Matt is literally from a galaxy that is far, far away. Star Wars has consumed his life, and made him the geek that he is. He's no fan of the Prequels, but still loves the Maker. When he's not recording his unstable takes for the Star Wars Time podcast, he's either working on, taking pictures of Star Wars toys, or trying to legitimately wield the Force.
