Hot Toys still isn’t done burdening the financials of 1/6th scale collectors who also happened to be huge fans of Star Wars and The Mandalorian, because today another must-have set has been revealed in the form of Boba Fett with repainted armor and his new throne from Jabba’s Palace. There will be a standalone version of Repainted Fett too, but one must get the Deluxe if one is doing things right.
As you can see in the gallery below, the Deluxe version of this set is an easy buy. Yes, even if you already have the other 2-figure Fett set on order, because this set will complete the triumvirate of Mando inspired Boba Fett Hot Toys figures. You’re collector OCD knows I’m right, so just accept the fact that you may have to pick up a side hustle to collect all of the must-have Mando Hot Toys figures.
Oh, and you can also bank on Fennec Shand being revealed soon, because she’s featured in the glamour gallery below, so the cashflow pain is far from over with these figures.
UPDATE – Pricing and pre-orders are now live. Boy was I off on the prediction for the throne set.
At this time pricing and pre-order windows are MIA, but I’d assume the deluxe will clock in around $330, while the standard should be between $250-$280. Below you can find more details on the set.
