IGN shared an exclusive shot from Disney+’s upcoming The Mandalorian series, and it features the inside of the titular character’s ship. The Mando’s ship is called the Razor Crest, and as you will see by the image, it’s a fully practical set.

According to StarWars.com, “ILM model maker John Goodson built the craft using old-school techniques combined with cutting-edge 3D printing and LEDs for the engine lighting effects. Meanwhile, special effects legend John Knoll crafted a special motion-control rig in his garage so the model could be used for composite shots.”

So it should look amazing on screen considering it is real, and not CGI. I definitely dig the shot, and can’t wait to see more of the Razor Crest in action. Stay tuned for more Mando details as they become available.
