I always love finding new Star Wars fan artists to follow, so I was jacked to stumble upon Jacob Mcann’s IG page. Jacob is clearly a fan of Star Wars, as most of his shares are dedicated to our favorite far, far away galaxy. He’s a stop motion cinematographer who creates awesome little shorts featuring Star Wars figures coming to life, a la Toy Story.

For the Star Wars Fan Awards in 2018 he recreated a scene from the Star Wars Marvel comic book series using his skills, and the end result is nothing short of spectacular. He recreated a scene from the Jason Aaron and John Cassaday Star Wars comic in which Luke and Vader have a lightsaber battle before they both know who the other truly is. It’s a very cool moment in Star Wars lore, and it looks fantastic as a stop motion action figure short, so head on down below to check it out.

Make sure to give Jacob a follow over on IG!
