EA’s Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO is still alive and kicking, and it could look and play better than ever in the upcoming months. The game’s 10 year anniversary is coming up in December 2021 and with it comes a whole host of new content and features.

‘Legacy of the Sith’, the game’s newest expansion, will release during Holiday 2021 and will introduce Elom, a new planet, and a new storyline that has your character pursuing Darth Malgus. The expansion will also increase the level cap from 75 to 80 and will include a new ‘collaboration missions’, an update that allows players to choose any combat style for their characters regardless of their Advanced Class choice, and new end game content with the R-4 Anomaly Operation.

The development team is also planning to implement graphical and tech updates for the game in 2022 and add additional story and end game content as well. With all of these improvements and new content coming, now is the perfect time to jump into SWTOR for the first time or get back into it.
