Thanks to a deleted IG post from the Disney+ India account, it now appears that the Rosario Dawson as live action Ahsoka Tano casting rumor can be confirmed.
The graphic poses a question of what will a live action Ahsoka look like, and then follows it up with a confirmation that Dawson is playing the character. The same graphic also throws some curiosity towards Sasha Banks’ character and asking if she’s just a cameo character or someone more important to the series over time. If you want to get a little speculative, including these two characters on the same graphic could hint at Banks being Sabine Wren, but there’s just not enough details yet to confirm that.
Either way, this deleted IG post really does seem to confirm a live action Ahsoka in Mando, as well as Rosario Dawson being the human to play her. I’m sure we will discuss more on this next week on the Star Wars Time Show, so tune in!
