Mando and Boba Fett fans prepare to be blown away, and possibly saddened by this latest reveal from Hot Toys, because it’s one of the tastiest looking 1/6th figure deluxe sets to ever be teased.
Last week the Armored version of Boba Fett in The Mandalorian was teased, but today, Hot Toys aimed a Death Star-sized laser at that Collector’s version with the new Deluxe set mentioned above. Trust me, this Deluxe set is a no brainer if you have the cashflow, because not only does it feature the Armored version of Fett shown off last week, but it also comes with the robed version of Fett before he got his family’s armor back. That’s right, the Deluxe set features two Bobas, and one of them has an insanely detailed Temura Morrison head sculpt!
The Deluxe set comes with everything that the Collector’s version does, but for an extra $205, you get Robed Fett and a few other exclusive accessories like a stormtrooper helmet and a Jango Fett hologram. The set will run you $490 though, so as I prefaced earlier, this news may make you feel a bit down if that price is out of your range. As of right now, the only way to get the Boba head sculpt is through the Deluxe set, so you either have to pony up, or hope to get one from a customizer or someone who sells Hot Toys parts on eBay.
Both sets can be pre-ordered now from Sideshow, and they are set to ship between April and June of 2022. Additional details on each set can be found below.
